My yoga teacher often says, ‘don’t suffer the pose; enjoy it’. As we try to hold a difficult pose, she gives instructions and shares her knowledge about a particular asana and its benefits to the body and mind. And then she says, ‘smile’.
My Yoga practice has kept me sane during all the ups and downs of my life. Yoga is keeping me sane now.
